This form details the living expenses for your household, and assists you in determining what if any any additional support may be needed from your spouse. In addition, this form is required by the Court for temporary orders hearings.
If you and your spouse are living apart, please complete a separate form
for each residence and include as much information as you have about each.

Marital Property Questionnaire
This form details the assets and debts for you and your spouse. It
is lengthy and may take some time to complete. The more information
you can provide, however, the better we can protect your interests.
Providing us the information in this format also assists in keeping your
fees lower because our familiarity with this form saves us time.

This form provides our office with information about you and your
spouse's electronic data which may be relevant to your case.

Montgomery County Standing
Order Regarding Children, Pets, Property and Conduct of the Parties
As of March 16, 2009, this order
is automatically effective from the initial filing in all
divorces, modifications, and other family law matters filed
in Montgomery County.
